Does eplas meet data protection requirements and is a negative performance evaluation of the employees excluded?eplas fulfils the requirements of German and European data protection laws and regulations. All data is recorded in a database and protected against changes or encrypted with verification keys. Only the data that is mandatory for occupational safety compliance is recorded. Access can be restricted according to roles using function-orientated rights management. Performance evaluation via eplas is not possible. Data that could be used for this purpose is not collected (e. g. information on whether an employee has carried out a training course several times in order to pass).
