The Annual Holiday Planning Module offers a structured and easy-to-use holiday overview. It integrates all departments and roles involved in the processing of annual leave planning into a central process control system. Always have a complete overview and full transparency thanks to different view modes that allow you to keep an eye on your employees’ absence. The approval workflow saves time because respective managers are notified of new requests and can approve them with just one click. Using a special interface for holiday planning the planner provides an overview of all relevant information, can track changes made in the past and create and approve different planning options at any time. Over the course of the year the HR process control centre automatically checks deadlines and residual leave values for individual employees, requests submission of applications, proposes suitable holiday periods and much more.
